Your Order Cancellation Rights
Order Cancellation Before Delivery:
You are entitled to cancel Your Order before delivery within 3 Days of placing the order without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 Days from the date on which you have placed the order. If the order has already been paid for, the amount will be refunded to the same method of payment used for the purchase.

Order Cancellation After Delivery:

If you wish to cancel an order after delivery, you can do so within 3 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and be in a resalable condition. The primary condition to be eligible for a 100% refund is that the delivered item should be in its original packaging intact. If the packaging is damaged, the cancellation is subject to review and approval.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The company should be notified within 3 days of receiving the product.
- You are requested to attach the pictures of the received items in your order cancellation request in order to expedite the process
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with all its original packaging and tags.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
- The customer may be offered a refund or exchange for the product, depending on the company’s policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Process for Returns & Refunds:
- You are requested to notify us immediately ( Maximum within 3 Days after receiving the order ) with your order cancellation request via email to any of the following email addresses: info@scentspoint.com
- Your email request for order cancellation should include the pictures of the items received in order to expedite the returns & refunds process.
- Ensure the items are in original packaging intact. If the items are not in original packaging then your cancellation request is subject to be reviewed and approved.
- Once the cancellation request is approved, you will be requested to provide your bank account details to which the refund amount would be credited.
- In the mean time of refunds being processed, a pickup would be arranged to collect the return items from your end.
Average Returns & Refunds Timeline:
The Average processing time for Returns & Refunds would be 10 – 15 Days. You can expect the process of returning the item and the refunds to be credited within maximum of 15 days after the approval of the order cancellation request.
